Kogan Mobile’s Vodafone network will be repurposing the 2100 MHz spectrum to upgrade the 4G in selected areas. This is being conducted to provide a better customer experience and 3G coverage will still be available for handsets that support 3G 900MHz Band.
In selected areas, all devices that cannot support 3G 900MHz will no longer be compatible with Kogan Mobile after the upgrade and if you have received an SMS regarding this upgrade, you are in one of the selected areas.
In order to keep using Kogan Mobile, please ensure you are using a 4G-compatible phone. We recommend the Kogan Agora XS.
