I can't add my address to activate my new SIM card

When activating your new Kogan Mobile SIM card online, you will be required to validate your address.
 
If your address is not being detected by our address validation tool, simply contact the Kogan Mobile Customer Care team, and we will be able to manually enter your address and activate your account quickly and easily.
 
The best way to reach us is to call 12612 from your Kogan Mobile connected phone. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 056 426 from any device. Our dedicated team is available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
