Getting started with Kogan Mobile

Getting started with Kogan Mobile is easy!

To begin, you'll need a purchase a Kogan Mobile SIM card from Kogan.com here. SIM cards are shipped in 1-2 days and are delivered to metro addresses in 3-5 business days, or 7-10 business days for remote or rural addresses. If you want to get up and running straight away, you can also pick up a SIM card from United Petrol stations for $2. You can see a list of participating stores here https://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/kogan-mobile/

After you have received your new Kogan Mobile SIM card, open an Internet browser and proceed to the Kogan Mobile Activation site here.

Please note: if you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of your parent or a responsible adult.

To commence activation of your new Kogan Mobile service, ensure you have the following ready:

  • Your Kogan Mobile SIM Starter Pack (You'll need the mobile number or activation code and the Enquiry PIN or SIM number for the SIM. This is often found on the page where your SIM was attached).
  • A valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express card.
  • Valid form of ID (We accept either a Driver’s License, Passport or Medicare Card)

After completing activation, the next stage is to make your first recharge.
