Can I still receive calls or SMS if I don’t have any credit?

If you have no available credit on your Kogan Mobile service, you will not be able to make any outbound calls, SMS, MMS or data requests.

However, you will still be able to receive inbound calls and SMS only. Please be aware that if your Kogan Mobile service is not topped up for more than 90 days, it may be disconnected from the network and you will need to purchase a new SIM card to reactivate.
