I’m having problems making or receiving calls or SMS

If your SIM is properly inserted into your phone, you have mobile signal on your phone, your service is active and has credit, we suggest you power your phone off and on again.

If you're still experiencing issues then a network message may appear on your phone to explain why you're having problems.
