Call Catcher is an alternative to Voicemail which gives your callers the option to send their contact number to you via TXT, if you can't answer their call.

Call Catcher is free and there’s no charge to receive the TXT notifications.

How to activate Call Catcher from your phone

Dial 121600 (free call).
Stay on the line, and when prompted select option 3 to switch Call Catcher on.

How to deactivate Call Catcher from your phone

You can switch it off at any time and switch on Voicemail instead, or remove both services completely. With both Call Catcher and Voicemail off, unanswered calls will simply ring out.

Stay on the line, and when prompted select option 2 to switch Call Catcher off.

After confirming that it’s off, the call will hang up. Your phone will now ring out if you don’t answer a call.
