My SIM is faulty, how can I get a replacement?

If your SIM card is faulty and you need a replacement, please submit a request to our Kogan Mobile customer care team and we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent out to you. 

If you need a new SIM immediately, you can also pick up a SIM card from United Petrol stations for $2. You can see a list of participating stores here https://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/kogan-mobile/
