How do I know if my device is compatible?

Kogan Mobile Broadband uses the following network bands:

• 2100MHz
• 1800MHz
• 850MHz

Most mobile devices manufactured after 2014 will have 4G, however you should check with your device manufacturer’s specification to see if these network bands are supported.

You can also check which network modes your device supports by navigating to the following menu on your handset:

iOS:

1. Open “Settings”. 
2. Select “Mobile”. 
3. Select “Mobile Data Options”.

Android:

1. Open “Settings”.
2. Select “Mobile Data” under the Wireless & Networks category.
3. Select “Network Mode”.

In either instance, if your device has a ‘4G’ or ‘LTE’ option, then it is compatible with 4G networks.
