I didn’t receive my SIM card – what do I do next?

SIM cards are usually shipped in 1-2 days and are delivered to metro addresses in 3-5 business days, or 7-10 business days for remote or rural addresses.


If it has been more than a week since your SIM card order, please double check the delivery address used for the purchase on your Kogan.com order confirmation email.
