If you're transferring your old number to Kogan Mobile the service changeover will usually be completed within 3 business hours unless it is a Sunday or a public holiday.
Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 20:00 AEST
Saturdays - 10:00 to 18:00 AEST
Sundays and selected public holidays - Not available
Please note that porting is a complicated process, and delays can occur.
The best thing to do is keep your old SIM card in your handset until it stops working, then change to the new SIM. (You will still be able to use your old SIM card until the port completes and your number moves to the Kogan Mobile network.)
Please note: A loss of service on the day of port is normal. This happens while your old provider is sending the number to us and generally lasts around 2 hours.
